Nevada Federal Court decision in favor of client in breach of copyright action where Plaintiffs demanded $300 Million in damages, Germaine Music v. Universal Songs of Polygram, 275 F.Supp.2d 1288 (U.S.D.C. Nev. 2003); A three-day Federal trial resulting in dismissal of all claims in breach of contract action involving a $25 million Government contract and an award of sanctions for client of nearly $10,000 in Resolution Management Consultants Inc. v. Solorelectric, Inc., et al, Case No. CV-S-1342-KJD-LRL (U.S.D.C. Nev. 2003); A two-day trial resulting in a defense judgment for the client in a product liability case where plaintiffs demanded $1,500,000 in damages, Sears, Roebuck and Co. adv. Sponder, Case No. A418744 (Dept. 7, Las Vegas, Nev. 2003); An arbitration resulting in a defense judgment for the client in Sears, Roebuck and Co. adv. DiSalvo, Case No. A427492 (Dept. 8, Las Vegas, Nev. 2001); Dutch Holdings LLC v. MSI Group, et al, Case No. A430821 (Dept.18, Las Vegas, Nev. 2001) an arbitration involving a breach of a purchase agreement for the sale of a $6.75 million property, returning a verdict in client's favor; Albright v. Albright, Case No. A421200 (Dept. 18, Las Vegas, Nev. 2002) an arbitration involving personal injury case resulting in a favorable award for client; Chrome Masters, Inc. adv. Barno, Case No. A377656 (Dept. 12, Las Vegas, Nev. 2001), a three-day bench trial in which the Court entered a judgment in favor of the client in a $150,000.00 dispute over the purchase of a chrome-plating business; and Kilgore v. Boyd, Case No. 94?7573 (13th Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, FL, 2001), a two-week bench trial concerning Parental Alienation Syndrome, resulting in a verdict in favor of client.
